At Biotech Performance, we strive to process and ship all orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details of our shipping process below.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- All shipments are fulfilled from our Houston, Texas location.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship orders via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary based on location and selected service:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping (U.S.): 1 business day (when available)

Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
- Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders (details will be provided when available).
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
- Orders are intended for research purposes only and will not be fulfilled to individuals or entities in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While most orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@biotechperformance.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@biotechperformance.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/product. We will assist in arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
